slide pump issues

We had our new Alpine 3651RL delivered yesterday and are having issues putting the slides out. The bedroom slide(electric) went out with no issues. But the hydraulic slides won't work. The dealer came back and the service manager could not get the pump to work. The solenoid would click but the pump would not work. the pump worked at first to put the legs down but would not put all 6 legs down. He is calling Keystone on Monday for advice. Has anyone else had this type of issue or have any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum! Since it’s most likely a Lippert hydraulic system, I wouldn’t waste my time with Keystone, call LCI direct. Their customer service and tech support are second to none. I have to ask- it all worked before delivery?

Since you hear dual polarity solenoid click I’d first check auto reset breaker from battery to center post on dual polarity solenoid.

Then Lipperts has a simple 2 minutes test to verify if dual polarity solenoid is good or not. Simple test for h6d pump motor as well

It’s just sad a dealership couldn’t fix this without needing to call Lippert

Download Liperts app and go to support section for hyd levelers. All the info needed to isolate 6o7r issue is right there.

Verne easy system t work on and repair. Usually quite reliable.

This is all that is needed to troubleshoot and verify both the hyd pump and dual polarity solenoid...

I’d look first at a main battery cable connection not secured properly. Since it’s new corrosion would not be Likely but a loose power or ground fr9m battery would be suspect
