Brought Home the Premier 24RKPR today

Hi everyone. This is camper #6. We retired a few years ago, and plan to use this coach to start visiting our National Parks (after our Son suggested it), Friends, and other cool places in the lower 48. We looked at a lot of campers and finally landed on the Premier listed above.

I am pulling with a 2019 Tahoe with Max Trailer Pack. The truck seems to handle the rig just fine. I'm at about 70% of max trailer weight when loaded. So far I'm getting about 12 MPG pulling the trailer, but that is according to the computer on the truck....may be a bit optimistic. Even so - much better than the 7.1 mpg from my rig several years ago.

We live in a small town south of Fort Wayne, Indiana. I was an I/T guy for a Fortune 500, and my Wife was a Nurse.

Anyway - glad to be back in the saddle with another RV.

Rich and Carol

Thanks Bobby ! We've had a few problems but so far most things have been resolved. Will see if the KeyTV replacement worked or not next spring.

Welcome to the forum from Colorado. I have a 26RBPR pulled sometimes with a 2004 Suburban. It was a toss up between that and the 24RKPR. Lots of good advice here,
Oak
