Our vented combo took approximately 2.5 hours to wash & dry with about an hour & half+ to dry, so 5 to 7.5 gallons per load of grey water. We fulltimed & the combo only did small loads so DW did a load nearly every day so a 30 gallon grey would fill quickly if anything else drained into it.
If I read the Splendide specifications correctly, the wash cycle uses 6-15 gallons, depending on the cycle selection and the soil level selection. Then, it also uses about 5 gallons of cold water per hour of drying time. So, a 2.5 hour "wash/dry cycle" may use 12-15 gallons to wash plus 5 gallons during the dry cycle (assuming it can dry the clothing in 60 minutes)... From what I've been told and the very, VERY little actual "watching a Splendide operate" that I've done, it's been my experience that it takes longer than an hour to dry anything other than t-shirts and underwear... Jeans or towels take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours of drying time (7.5 to 10 gallons of extra water).

Anyway, to me it seems a "ventless washer/dryer combo" that has a condenser drying system uses as much (maybe more) water in the dry cycle as in the wash cycle.....

I bought mine from allrv.com. They were the cheapest. It was $250 to ship both but with their 25% off that was more off than the shipping. Check them out. I’m not affiliated with them but their customer service is top notch to.
