awning lights

We have an outback travel trailer. The outside lights on the arms of the awning went out. Anyone know were to get more? hubby emailed keystone TWO weeks ago and still as not received a response. Its a simple fix if we can get the part.
Anyone have any ideas?

I would just look for a 12V led strip on Amazon. You’ll probably get a better quality, and you might be able to change the color.

Of course, you ought to meter the +v cable with a needle and a VOM to make sure it's not a power problem, or you'll be paying for a light strip you don't need.

Had a similar problem/symptom. The wire got pinched at the top of the side rails, rubbed the wire insulation down to the copper wire and shorted on the aluminum frame. Had to fix the wires , find the fuse (behind the control panel) and then all was good.

If both went out, I’d bet it’s a power source issue, not the lights themselves.
