Check light on fridge of a 2017 outback

Is it normal for my check light to be on? The refrigerator is cooling still. I'm new to rv ownership and want to understand everything, but the electronic manual is very difficult for me to follow.

What brand of fridge? Is it AC/LP?

If so when on gas and the LP light is lit, you might be seeing some of the light filtering through the check light.
