As I said I'll keep both of mine!
Pictured with the Vista Shades from Shade Pro on both, it's like another room.

We love to sit out under our awning when there is a rain shower. We just tilt it so the rain does not puddle up and cause problems. Also we do not like the bright sunshine hitting the whole side of the camper, awning keeps it much cooler. Each person has their likes and dislikes. 😊

I use them and retract them when leaving or if in heavy winds. In 1990 I used Dads motorhome at an air show as a rest place for us cops working there. Had the awning out for shade. I was there when the A-10 pilot walked over and advised pulling it in as he was parked about 75 yds straight out from the side of the MH. I removed the plastic chairs/tables food etc. He started the engines and it was to late. The awning could not be retracted. I thought it was going to be destroyed but it did not even rip. The whole MH was rocking like in a windstorm. The awning on the current TT I have would have ripped and maybe broke.
