Slide cable pulleys tearing out of the wall?

I have a 2018 Bullet 26 RB with 2 slides. The cable pulley has torn out of the wall on the larger slide with the couch and dining table. The motor has also pulled out of the wall. The pulley brackets on the smaller kitchen slide are beginning to pull out but are still functional. Has anyone else had these issues? I have only activated the slides about 8 times since I bought the unit. It is still under warranty.

Is there any danger of the slide extending while I am driving down the road?

(NOTE: Pic is sideways)

I don’t think it will open going down the road but I’d be headed to the dealer on the next trip. Let them fix it. Hopefully they will put a backer in and the reattach everything.

Dropping off where I purchased it. Told them I wanted them to 'own' it rather than some other dealer working on it...Thanks!

Make sure you are involved in the resolution of the problem. Don't let them just put some bigger screws in and call it good. We have had some posts with pictures of repairs that included some substantial reinforcement and I would insist on that as well.
