I recently seen several with the goosebox & looks like a good setup. Still can't wrap my head around the flimsy looking Anderson pyramide thing, especially the aluminum one, they may be the next wonder of the world, but not for me. I'll stick with my B&W Companion, I can still remove it by myself!

I got e mail from LCI customers service . That's the Andersen hitch could damage the frame or suspension. warranty is good for one year .

I believe Magnuson-Moss would put the burden of proof on the manufacturer to show an aftermarket parts caused the specific damage. I love it when people say some aftermarket parts will void your warranty. They cannot limit warranty claims on the lights because you chose a different hitch. They could as the rep emailed dispute a frame problem. Suspension would be a reach. But, this is why Andersen stands behind thier product.

I have a Goosebox on my Alpine. I installed it myself from the bed of my truck. It is heavy but can be done. The camper rides great with the hitch, much better than the B&W 5th wheel hitch and rigid pin box. I have a regular cab truck so I can see the gooseneck ball to line up the camper, so for me it is easy to hook up.

Next truck, with long bed, will be running a Goose Box. I want a smoother ride and the open space of my bed.

I can't see the goose neck . It's easy I have center point in my back window the ground lady controlling the landing gear stops me and lowers the landing gear.
