I've not found those Carlisle tires on any trailers I've looked at. When did you have them installed? Can you tell us the country of origin code? Do they have a speed letter code or service description code on the sidewall?

Actually, no the rims were rated to 110 as verified by a stamp on the inside wall. Otherwise, you are correct, new rims would have been in order. That was a nice surprise for once :-)
