Have you checked the seal where the door frame meets the side of the camper? Water running down the side of camper could be getting in at the top of the frame and following the frame around to the bottom where it leaks out to the interior. Without looking at mine for any better ideas, maybe try to pull the frame assembly out, clean the frame and side of the camper thoroughly and then put a fresh run of butyl putty tape around the opening and reinstall the frame. Tighten it up and remove any excess putty tape that squeezes out.
If you are 100% positive the leak is from the screw hole at the bottom, back the screw out, fill the hole with a bit of butyl putty or silicone (I hate silicone) then reinstall the screw through the butyl or silicone until excess oozes out as you tighten the screw. You can go further and run a piece of FlexSeal tape over that.
Be mindful if you use silicone that nothing sticks to silicone, including silicone (and FlexSeal tape) It will lift and peel and give you a false sense of security.
