New from wny...

Just bought a new 260LHS, haven't picked it up yet...a bunch of negative reviews. Wondering if we made a mistake. Any feedback is appreciated. Can't sleep on the ground anymore.

Welcome to the forum

How many is a "bunch"? When you start looking at internet reviews about RV's, you need to separate the bad unit from the bad dealer reviews.

Along with that as a rule, people who are happy tend to post much less than those not happy.

Wait until you have your unit and have taken it out a couple of times before you decide if the negative reviews are warranted.

This is Mrs. 84bman...we have not picked it up yet, so we have time to back out. We wanted feedback on the Keystone brand. Thank you Brent and Nicki, you summed it up perfectly for me! So excited.

Guess after the dust settled we got a little gun shy. If you look long enough, you can find bad reviews on everything.

The excitement about buying our first trailer has returned and we're planning several trips this summer.
