Keystone Everest Battery model

I have the 2008 322R Everest. Anyone know off the top of their head what battery models we have. Id like to pre-order but sitting at work I cannot go look .

Ive been happy with interstate so wanted to look at how much there to start.

Thanks

As far as I know, there is no standard battery for any of the Keystone units. Most folks just get their new trailers with whatever battery the dealer recommends, unless they already know they want a particular brand or size or duals or whatever. The battery is usually part of one of those dealer's "new trailer kits" they'll offer you at a high price.

I had a nearly new NAPA deep cycle marine/rv battery when we bought the Cougar so I just moved it over from our previous trailer. Later that year, I picked up another identical one at NAPA to move to duals.

This is one of those cases where the only way to know what is installed in your particular rig is to eyeball it.

There are already several extensive threads here on duals and 12v vs. 6v battery systems if you are looking for guidance or ideas in that direction.

If I remember correctly, our Alpine had Group 24 batteries. It seems to be a pretty standard size in RVs.

Are you looking at 12v or 6v batteries?

They were 12v and Group 24. I wanted Sealed but they were 110.00 each more. So I went with direct replacement. Good for another 5 years. Slide pump runs much better now .

Well - my answer may be too late for you since you have already purchased.
But just FWIW - Costco sells batteries built by Interstate (according to the guy at Costco) They have 6v golf cart batteries for about $90
