Hitch light

Newby here just picked up my new 11 3665, can't seem to figure out to turn on the led hitch light. Haven't been able to find the switch on the coach and the wireless remote control doesn't seem to turn it on either any help would be great, thanks!

Inside the compartment which houses the switch for the landing gear and slide (hydro) motor?

Are you sure there is not a black toggle switch on the left side up high? When it is day light, could you supply picture of area? It has to be there some where,SAD had it right.

I'll get a pic in a few minutes, but if you mean the small door with the landing gear switch, rear jack switch, and slide hydro shut off valves I dont see any other switches

I am referring to the first opening on the curb side of trailer. Your battery and your landing gear switch will be in that spot.

I just looked at your picture after I posted. You have something I do not. I can't say I know where your docking lights switch are. I suspect your unit is a 2012 and things have changed alot for that year.

On our Cougar fifth wheeler, the switch for the docking lights is on the front of the trailer right next to the large compartment. The landing gear control is just above it.

If you can't find the switch on the outside somewhere in the general area of the hitch and the lights, check the main control panel inside.

On my Cougar 318 SAB the only place you can turn them on is from the remote.
It is a seperate button with a symbol like a light bulb.

On our Montana the hitch light switch is actually the one of the flood light switches. I think it was the ODS flood light. Enjoy your new rig!
