HELP Propane Bottle Montana

First time going out with my 2004 Montana. Unlatched the Propane bottles and had them filled. Cannot figure out how to re-latch the bottle straps. Not sure if a part fell off ?? Anyone know how the strap latch is configured.

It is real tricky you take the hinged part and bring the hooked side to the hinge it looks like a small piece of channel anyways with the channel side touching the tank ( a unverted U ) and hook the hooked end then push the hinged side twards the tank I know it dont look or sound right but thats the way it works. I also have a 04 Monty.
