Question Purchasing another Keystone RV

Hello all,

I am a new member and it the process of upgrading my 03 Wildcat 28BHS which replaced our first camper, a Keystone Hortnet travel trailer.

I have found a nice 05 Keystone Copper Canyon 350FWBHS.

Does anyone have experience with this model, good bad or otherwise?

Thank you.

I did a forum search and could not find any posts about this specific model (350FWBHS). However, if you type in "Copper Canyon" you will find a number of posts about that model in general.

dodgeboy627, here's the specs page for that model.

http://www.keystone-sprinter.com/ind...WBHS&year=2005

The Copper Canyon was part of the 'Sprinter' line until this last year, and unfortunately the 2005 brochure isn't archived on the Keystone website.
There was a Dometic refrig service bulletin (recall), which may have included this model but chances are it was already repaired.

Check for other recalls on the website: http://www.keystonerv.com Top of the home page, click "Customer Service", then scroll to bottom.

Hope this helps... and welcome to the forum.
PS, where in So IL??... we're originally from there!

Runnnnnnnn!!!!!

I wouldnt buy another keystone product. They are not the same company as they use to be. They have horrible quality control and design issues. Run from keystone products and dont look back.

I have actually found some nice improvements in my 2012 Sprinter. Our previous one was a 2010 and it is the same model.

I have owned 2 Keystones, 2001 and 2008. They were both junk, didn't learn the first time, never again.

I find it funny that people who hate keystone are on a keystone forum. I have a 2011 cougar- only minor issues. All rv's have some problems- as do the auto maker and recalls.

Love forums! Always get both ends of the spectrum and I find that most educational in general terms..... I would be interested in what constitutes "junk" so I know what to watch out for.

We LOVE our '09 Cougar 293SAB. No real issues with it - it isn't a custom built house - it is a mass produced camper. Keep that in mind and realize you may have to do some repairs from time to time and get on down the road.
