2011 318SAB with about 27,000 miles on it. We had two issues; refrigerator cooling unit was DOA when we bought it. Didn't find out until our first trip (it had a pinhole leak and took a few days to bleed out) and it was repaired under warranty. Second issue was the bed disconnected from the slide on one of our trips. Fixed it myself with some 2x2 scraps, angle braces and more screws.
Great trailer for us. Plenty of room, space for the kitty box (do you know how many trailers don't have a "spot" for the kitty box besides the kitchen or living room floor?), took out the dining room table and installed one of DW's looms so she can spin yarn and then weave while we travel. Perfect for us and has been very reliable aside from those two original problems. We were out for a long 4 month "cruise" last year with zero problems. We opted for a second A/C unit when we bought it after having been in El Centro, CA one year in our little travel trailer and it was 118 degrees. Swore our next one would be dual A/C and it sure is nice.
