2013 cougar 280 fifth wheel issues

I am new to this forum and I am
Checking in to see if anyone else has had some of the same issues with their 2013 cougar fifth wheel

1. Required to take off 11 screws and two panels to access the water heater bypass valve. the first panel also has a tv jack, 12 volt light and outlet on it. I have already cut out part of the back panel and installed an OATEY plumbing access panel.

2. Fold-out couch bed leg ends up on a floor register which is now all dented.

3. At times you have to go outside and turn off and on the battery knock out switch or unplug the main power cord to get certain items to work on the control panel, ie.. water pump or entry light outside.

4. Recliners that came with the unit are too large and you have to wrestle one out of position to get the main slide in.

5. When you turn on the island lights for the kitchen, a fan starts running in the area of the converter unit.

I have been discussing some of these issues with Keystone, but not much help.
Any ideas for any of these issues would be appreciated.

We have a new 333MKS and
1 Ours is the same to access the hot water bypass
2 The couch doesn't hit the floor registers
3 Our panel hasn't shut down yet, but sounds like there is a recall for this.
4 We have to move both big recliners to close the slides!!
5 We only have 2 switches in the whole coach and one is for the outside LED ambience lights!! Who needs a light by the door.

We do really like the layout though!! Even if the slide leaks and the shower wasn't caulked. Trim falling off and the couch pulled off the wall. All in the first week!! Oh well that's what the warranty is for!!
