Brakes on new Copper Canyon
Not sure if this is the correct forum, but looking for advice with brakes starting to squeal very loudly. I purchased the unit, a 2012 Copper Canyon 33', in September. We took a short trip from Atlanta down to North Florida and back (650 miles). The brakes were squealing so loud, it could be heard two blocks away. Also, the brakes became real 'grabby'. By that, I mean they would instantly grab and then when I let off the pedal, they instantly release. Not a smooth operation. I took it to Camping World and they said they relplaced shoes, drums and backing plates. Everything seemed fine. Took another trip this week to Fayetteville, NC and on the way back again the squealing started and the brakes were starting to really grab again. I am taking it back in again, but looking to see if anyone else has had this problem. The brake controller was set by the main service technician and I road with him as he checked it. It also felt at times when starting off and backing up that the brakes might be slightly engaged. Any ideas to pass on to the repair people. The new brakes have about 650 miles on them. Thanks!
