Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to all our northern members and friends! Now don't go and consume all the turkey and cranberry sauce! Save some for us down here in the States to go with our Southern yams next month!

When I saw the post title, my first thought was someone had lost their mind and then I remembered that today is indeed Thanksgiving Day for our Canadian brethren, so, yes, Happy Thanksgiving Day, Canada.

Thank you geo for thinking of us...we did enjoy our turkey and cranberry sauce! I do believe there are a few "Toms and berries" left for our Southern friends.

Randy:
Yes, it is like yours in many ways. While some of the food may differ, it is essentially the same. Our turkey would be roasted not fried and mashed potatoes are probably more common than candied yams. Hams are also popular.
