For almost the same price I would get this if you want to run the ac in your trailer. I got it from Costco for about this same price on sale.

One recommendation win your new generator is start using Seafoam mixture with your fuel right from the get go. This will keep the unit clean and you wont have to worry about winterizing

I've bought two generators from Supergen. They are refurbished, but most of the time they are just Costco returns and never used. They have great service/support.
