A/C issue 2018 Cougar 310rls

Well we bought a new 2018 Cougar fifth wheel. On our first hot day of June our a/c would not cool the trailer off at all. It was 34 deg c and had the thermostat set at 14 deg c. Two hours later the temperature had only dropped to 32 deg c.
When i checked the airflow from the ceiling vents, I found there was very little airflow from the vents. Trailer is now at the dealer and all things are checking out as good!
Has anyone ever experienced this type of issue?

Had a 2016 303rls. At pdi tech said at his check the day before we arrived he found both working on dump but the 15k not connected to the duct work. In the mid90s keeping temp at 72 with the 15 alone was easy.

On our 2018 Sprinter the yellow wire with the crimped on spade terminal from the thermostat to the a\c units compressor terminal was not fully seated. Units blower fan would run but compressor would never cycle until i pushed it all the way on.
