Hello, new here

joined today to and already doing things backwards. Asked a question and now the new member check in! My DH and I have been camping out with our various trailer, 5w units for several years. We currently have a 2010 Cougar that has been everything we wanted up to this point. We purchased it new and there were only a few bugs to work out and mostly just a learning curve for us. Its been great. Then we both retired in 2013, spent that summer in our 5w, and later decided to sell our house and rv full time until we decide where we might want to have a home base.

Lots of people want to say you have to have a certain sort of 5W or MH in order to 'full time' and I do understand their point. But there are lots of blogs from folk who full time in everything from a pickup camper or pop up to the most elaborate rigs out there and they all seem to be happy. I think its mostly mental. You have to take care of whatever you have and sometimes good or bad luck is a part of it.

Anyway, I joined to learn from what all different ones share here. Glad to "meet" you all!
