Hello from snowy Michigan

Happy to be a new member and always interested in learning more about camping. I'm sure I'll find this site great therapy as I impatiently wait for Spring. (Right now the Outback has its cover on and is surrounded by @2' of snow.) Currently my wife, myself and our two dogs are all the family that's left to go camping. (We do enjoy the slower pace though.) Our "rig" is made up of a '09 Outback 21RS, a '06 Ford Expedition 4x4 and a Equal-i-zer, P3 Controller. Looking forward to getting our TT out again and heading north to do more exploring.

We're at the point of desperation. We are actually planning to head to Santa Fe at the end of the month with our son, daughter-in-law and two grands. They are in Colorado. We'll just hope that I-80 (right!) and I-25 are okay for the trip. Camping is a hard life for those of us in the snowy states - the season is way too short.
