Ya know, that view is like showing one of those continuous loop videos of a nice warm fireplace....while you are stuck inside because the temperatures are hovering in the 20s ..... OR Worse!

View from our campsite at Echo Lodge in Earp CA. Across the Colorado river is Buckskin Mountain State Park in Parker AZ. Toughing it out til it stops snowing in Radium Hot Springs.

Still snowing there today ! Stay where you are.

We camped at Dry Gulch a couple of summers ago. Nice quiet CG.

Well we're back home, today was even prettier, but I have to go to work in the morning.

We were 7 miles from home at Lake Waco, Airport Park is a beautiful and well maintained COE park.

We were cleaning everything and flushing tanks before a weeklong trip in a couple of weeks... headed back to Rockport and some seafood.

Yep. July. It may warm up in July - I hope! This below zero weather is getting old!

Doing some gardening here in SE Texas. Tore out the rotten cedar boards that held my raised bed up. Bought 85 concrete blocks 8x8x16. Stacked them 2 high and ended up with about 4' x 22' inside dimension. Had to go to the dirt yard to get more chicken house garden mix. Planted lettuce, cabbage, and collards. Tomatoes and peppers are out for sale but it's just a bit early, maybe 2-3 more weeks.

DW and I were just discussing yesterday; going to sell the house in the mountains as soon as we get home - don't care if we see snow again. If we want cold weather we will go to it. If we want to see some ice we'll go walk on one of the glaciers in RMNP. She even seemed receptive to a new 5th wheel and truck to cruise around the country!!! Unbelievable.

Puppy and I just got back from our walk out at Otter Lake. Beautiful; about 70 degrees. Grilling some shrimp outside this evening. Nope, don't miss the cold stuff any more.

Hoping things warm up soon for all of you stuck in the cold so you can get out and do "stuff"!!

Just returned home from an afternoon "window shopping' at the annual Detroit RV show. Ironically, after more than 10 inches of snow was dumped on SE Michigan yesterday, the show was jam packed, more than I've ever seen. In fact, it was so crowded, we left after only being there 2 hours (we planned for at least 4). Apparently, we weren't the only one's facing early spring fever.

We were at the RV Show in Detroit too. Went on Saturday. We got there right after it opened and window shopped for about 3 hours. The line was long when we were leaving. I was surprised how many people went on Saturday after the snow fall (and the snow was still falling on Saturday). Just shows how bad our cabin fever is. They had a lot of RV's crammed in there.
