Sailun tires
I recently replaced my rv tires. They had lots of tread and looked fine but I was concerned that they were 2008 manufacture date. My rv is 14000 lbs. when researching tires I found very few that had a load rating over 3000 lbs. the sailun tire has a 4000 lb rating thus giving me a comfort zone. These tires are a 14 ply and are extremely sturdy. I would recommend them to anyone replacing a 16” rv tire.

Just be sure that your wheels are rated to carry the load and the pressure of the Sailun's. Many older wheels (and some brand new ones) aren't rated for the load capacity of 14 ply tires nor the 110 PSI required to carry them at max capacity.

Yep, that pretty much sums it up! I have Sailuns on mine and looking forward to not looking rearward worrying about the tires!!

I replaced mine with Sailuns about two years ago. Can't recommend them enough.

I have 15 k plus on my sailings with mimuman sid3 wear with 100 lbs air . Question here is if I run 110 lbs air will that help to save the side walls ?

Question...i have Sandel rims, per stamp on inside rim they are rated for 110psi...does one need to worry about pressure going up some...say 115 or 120 when tires get hot or are they safe to go with the Sailuns...had a blow out the other day with a China bomb...pressure per TPMS was 91, normal temp...no warning....screwed wheel well, insulation over wheel and knocked part of under belly cover loose...

NO! The increased pressures caused by thermal conditions are normal and accounted for when tires and wheels are manufactured.
After you've observed your particular temp increases, you'll know, and be able to recognize any abnormal temp increases.

Bebo, what CW^^^^just said! That is the reason tire pressure is checked when tires are cold.

Ours did also, I'm glad Keystone stepped up and took care on an ongoing issue within the industry.

Well in my thinking, possibly but then I've not heard of anyone having side wear unless your referring to one side of the tread wearing and then I'd raise the question of a possible bent axle. I have the TPMS on mine and if I'm 100-105psi on mine I let it run at that knowing its going to increase anyway, but with 3 axles, if I was at GVWR, I would still have 5500lb reserve across all three. I'm not running fully loaded so as long as the tires are in that range and equal psi then I just let my TPMS do its job.
