New Premier 19FBPR Owner

Checking in from SW Michigan with a new brand spanking new 2013 Premier 19 FBPR (build date = Aug 1st, 2012). We just upgraded (in convenience and style) from a 2000 Aero Cub 230 Hybrid. Our kids have pretty much outgrown camping with Mom and Dad, so we picked this unit to be our little couples retreat. The funny thing is, when our 17 yr old daughter saw the interior all of a sudden she was interested in camping again!

Since we just picked up the unit on Friday we have not camped with it yet, but I have confirmed that it tows well behind our 2004 Astro AWD.

We look forward to seeing other Premiers during our travels.

to the forum. Glad you like your upgrade. I know what you mean about teenagers, my 16 yo son thinks camping is boring but when he gets to the campground he always makes friends. I guess it is not cool to let your parents know that you actually like it LOL. Hope you are able to make lots of memories in the new TT. Happy Camping and safe travels.

Welcome aboard. In keeping with tradition, let me suggest you step up your tow vehicle to a Volvo over the road tractor.
Have fun with your new outfit.

Thanks for the tow vehicle "suggestion", but it could be problematic fitting that one in the garage. I may have to settle for a nice pickup instead.

Congratulations!!! You are going to love the 19FBPR. We think ours has plenty of room for the two of us and a very large dog (all our gear and then some fits as well). Have fun!!!!!

Hope you make many great memories in your new rig. Looks like the saame floorplan as the Passport 199ML the DW and I bought last year. Premier has many upgrades however. Really like the lights over the bed....nice! Like the dinette too. Our had the jacknife sofa. The dinette is much more functional.

ENJOY!

Thanks, Chris. The dinette is an essential feature for us. BTW, though the 19FBPR may have upgrades compared to your passport, they come with a weight tax of about 700 lbs! Everything has a price.
