Newbie in Idaho

Hello,

I've had travel trailers off and on for the past twenty years but I'm purchasing my first new trailer.

My previous usage was primarily temporary housing as I built or remodeled homes I was in, so this is my first adventure in recreational RVing.

I searched online and at RV shows looking for the right fit and think I finally found it with a Cougar 24SABWE. I'm more of a Boondock camper than a Park camper so I hope this works for my needs. I finalize the paperwork today and should get to bring her home next week.

It looks like there is a wealth of knowledge and experience here in the forum and I look forward to plugging into the groups.

Thanks,

Jay

Welcome indeed from a born & raised Idaho boy (Pocatello). Made countless trips to Yellowstone NP as a child with my family. Still enjoy going there regularly. Enjoy your new travel trailer for sure!

Spent some time in Northern Idaho, and wow! I’d live there part time. Welcome to the forum. And congrats!

We love our 24sabwe. The one best thing we have done was adding a deluxe maxaire fan in the bedroom. Only having the one window made it hot and stuffy on warm evenings and took a long time to cool down. The fan has completely solved the issue.
