After 17 years of camping with a 1999 10 foot Lance Truck Camper we decided bigger would be better.
Bought a new 2017 Raptor 425 TS. Hauling it with my 2008 Ford F-450 4X4 crew cab long bed.

Camping Large

Good news. Bad news. Although we took delivery of the new Raptor on 27 May 2016 we had to continue to use our old Lance Truck Camper through the summer because our new Raptor camper had a major suspension issue (wrong parts factory installed on the left side of the center axle) that caused the center axle to be crooked. The right side of the camper appeared to have normal spacing between the wheels but on the left side the center wheel was pushed rearward to within 1/4" of contacting the rear tire. Warranty repair issues are slow and painful.
We owe a special thanks to Becky (in the warranty department) of my selling dealer, LakeShore RV Center in Muskegon Michigan for keeping on Keystone to make the repairs happen. It is the nature of machines to be broken. The issue is can you get it fixed, how fast and how much $$.
We just completed our first extended road trip to Lake Erie State Park and had a wonderful time. The 425 Raptor is everything and more than I thought it would be. We are headed to Nashville and Memphis in three weeks. Can't wait !

That's where we bought our TT 7 months ago. It's good to know they stand by their customers. Just hopeful that we can make WAY beyond the warranty period without ever having a claim.
