slide outs

I have a 2005 Everest 32ft 5th wheel, just got it out of storage, first campout this year. Went to slide out the slides, and they wouldn't slide out. Messed with the switch, then they finally came out. Thought my problem was the switch, so I bought a new one. Was going to go home, ran the slides in, but they still won't go back out. Has anyone else had this problem????? thank you

muphoff,
Are your batteries fully charged, 12V or more? Slide outs will drain them quick if they aren't fully up. I like to have my unit plugged into shore power or generator when ever possible when activating the slides. I know that if my system shows 3/4 charge, isn't going to work. Happy Campin....

I would agree, most likely to be a battery charge (not able to supply enough current) issue. Not that it couldn't be a switch or some other problem but Occam's Razor (the simplest explanation is usually the most likely) often prevails.
