You forgot to snip that.

So are you implying that keystone has a unique supplier for fresh water tanks? And all other RV makers get their tanks from a supplier that doesn't have problems with seams failing?

I always travel full, who knows, we may stop somewhere there is no hookups, don't want to be caught by surprise.

Seams Failing?

As a question, aren't most RV tanks now 'Roto-molded', so there isn't a seam to fail? When touring one of the other RV manufacturers, they did their own rotomolding, but not sure about Keystone. Assume they just buy them from a supplier, and there could be a difference from tank to tank, year to year, and day to day of installation?

Other than having or not water at the campsite, a disadvantage of traveling with a full tank is extra weight = less miles per gallon, on the other side a heavy trailer seams to bounce less. We travel with full FWT and Full gasoline tank.

Bouncey!

Well, all kinds of personal preferences. We always carry as much water as the tank will hold. We broke down a number of years ago, had plenty of water behind that gas station in Southern Virginia while the TV was being repaired, showers in the morning... Self contained is a nice feeling. I'll accept the burden of less mileage any day of the week. Just another perspective...

My practice has been to put 20 or 30 gallons in before a trip so we have water for rest stops. This week we had a breakdown and ended up camping in a dealer's parking lot. We were glad we had the water.

I've already got a trip planned to carry a full tank of water because of where I'm going you have to be self contained. Other then times were it is needed I run empty.

Due to we are still working, we never get to go more than a couple of hours from home. The furthest was a little over four.
One thing I don't want to do when we get to our destination is wait in line to fill the tank. Even if there's no line, filling 60 gallons can a while. I prefer to do it at home. One more thing out of the way.
