Level up system issue EXCESS ANGLE

I just brought home a 2016 Fuzion 325. We parked it in the driveway which is slightly slope down towards the nose. Last week we hooked up with no problem. I park back in the same spot. We went to hook up today and got a "EXCESS ANGLE" error code. I can hook up to the TV but the front legs will not retract. I add a piece of 2x10 under the rear wheels of TV then 2 them 3 pieces with no luck. Any ideas how I can get pass this error code.

Have you tried to get to MANUAL mode and retract? Turn on the system and on the left side of the display there will be an UP and DOWN arrow, press either one til manual mode is displayed and the the retract button and then the front button.

If you are sure of your hookup. There is an option for "retract all jacks". Have you tried this? This has worked for me when manual mode would not.

So I contacted LCI customer service, thanks to chckster's link, this is what they sent me: Good morning,
You will need to reset the zero point in order to clear the error and then when you get to your camp site, you will need to manually level the coach out and then reset your zero point again.

Thank you
Anthony Vega. This worked like a charm. Thanks for the help guys.

Glad you got it. I wouldn't have figured you would have to reset zero to clear it. Thanks for posting, that tidbit will be in my notes at work.
