What type of material works best for under your leveling feet?

I agree with Javi, you can buy the aftermarket great big foot pads but on uneven surfaces, the bigger they are, the easier it is to crack or break them.

I use lynx levelers. Stack easily back in a bag with a zipper. Advantage over wood- they never rot.

I have 2x4's cut into 12" lengths. Store in a couple of milk crates in the basement. Stack them up like miniature cribbing, and the two top ones sit side by side for the foot of the landing gear to sit on, or the back stabilizers. We had the 2x4's at home already, just had to cut them up. Has worked great for 3 summers so far.

I have always used 2x12 boards. I do have a question about front jacks. On a good level site how high do you think the boards should be. I do know that less jack out the more stable the 5er seems.

Used them when I was concerned with weight. Not a concern with the dually.

Also, the feet on my jacks/levelers need at least 12" square.

I bought the yellow stackables from CW. 2 or 3 under each foot keeps the feet clean and stored in a zipper bag they come in. Light weight, never rot, easy to clean,

I used 2 by 12 by 12. 2 pieces, one for the top and one for bottom. With 2 (4 by 4) sandwiched in between. Looks great and works even better.

Scrap pieces of 2x12 and 2x10 here. I think the proper phrase is "look good, last long time."

I too use 2"x12" about 12" long, didn't measure was in a hurry to leave.

I've been using 6"x6" cedar blocks I made 12" long. Very light weigh. Won't rot. Attached a "screen door" handle to them. Work great.

I replaced our composite deck with redwood. I just made pads out of the old composite and then just built another deck behind my garden shed in the back yard.
