Awning issue

Ok, I'm hoping someone can explain this one to me. Our last trip was in August and everything was working fine. Today we go on on last trip of the year and I'm pressing the "extend" button on the awning and nothing is happening. So I then hit the "retract" button and the awning begins to extend. I did this several times and the "extend" position now retracts the awning and vice versa. I have no idea as to what happened. I'm hoping someone else has an answer for me.

Re: Awning issue

Sounds like someone hit the extend button to close it in August. They will reverse themselves if you let them. Open it all the way and then hit retract and it should close correctly.

Re: Awning issue

If your awning is white side up it was rolled up with the extend button. Just put it all the way out and keep going until it reverses and your problem will be solved. Brown side up !

Re: Awning issue

Ditto what others have said. It was rolled up the wrong way last time it was retracted.
