Premier 30RIPR bed lift

Installed a bedlift kit. Bought it on amazon. Took a bit longer than I thought, about 2 hours. I may need to replace the plywood lid it’s very thin. I used the standard bedlift kit maybe should of gone one size down (small). My first mod, more to come.

This is one of the best mods you can add. The other being an Oxygenics shower head.

It took me about 2 hrs. to do mine in my 24RKPR. I also purchased the wrong size kit. The mfr. was very nice in swapping it out at no charge for the correct kit. I just emailed back the old unused kit. The correct kit took only about an hour to install.

I also installed the Oxygenics shower head. World of difference between that and the stock shower head. I keep the old one as a spare now.

If you get the bedlift kit from amazon and have a 30RIPR, you should use the small size. Not sure about any other RVs. They can vary.

Mine was also a small. Standard queen bed in a 24RKPR. Works perfectly.

Sorry to report my mod. Bed lift was a failure. It seems the lifts were to strong and blew out the end of the bed box. So now I have some repairs to make and re-think the bed lift.

I have a 2014 Premiere and added the bed lift kit. I added a board to for the struts to connect to.

Yes, I’m going definitely have to do some reinforcing.

I don't have as good a photo as Chartrand, but here's a link to my reinforcement:

http://www.keystoneforums.com/forums...1&d=1493234941

They are the white strips on the sides. I had the same issue - the sides would bow out. The reinforcement did the trick.

Good luck!
