Down thru the years I've had good luck with Magellan GPS units. 15 years and counting... also good refurb's cheap, and excellent support. Had a minor glitch in one unit. They shipped a replacement, and then authorized "prepaid" UPS to ship back the defective unit.

Check out their RV Road Pro RV9365. Lots of databases, and points of interest. Dual mode, also. Just load your RV specifics, and decide whether your "Hooked" or "Bob-tailing". It will route you accordingly. Free LIFETIME updates, usually includes free shipping. Bluetooth etc...

Don't trust OEM, once you bought it, you paid too much, and you own it!

To clarify a post by allmi01, Nebraska does require trucks pulling trailers to go thru the weigh stations, but they now exempt RVs. See- http://www.coopsareopen.com/nebraska...-stations.html
I think this may be a rather recent (within the last 5 years or so??) change.

Check out the reviews on Amazon for the Garmin 660 and 760, especially the one-star. Have had tried both and they are JUNK. Part of the problem is the Garmin mapping in parts of the country. We have a trucker''s atlas that lists all the low clearance sites. Do not depend on electronics if you use local/back roads.

I would second the Magellan recommend. I have the 9250-T 7" screen and it has never steered me wrong. Easy to see, I am able to connect my back-up camera to it, and LIFETIME map updates. Under $100.00 and it has Bluetooth to connect a phone.
