Fridge won't light

We picked up our Hideout 177LHS Friday. During the check-out the service guy had a little trouble getting the fridge to start in propane mode. He said it was due to the gas line being full of air and required a few tries to get the propane to the fridge. That made since to me. I tried starting it up for the first time today (one week later) and have had no success. LP gas tank valve is open. Mode is set to gas. Gas control is set to HI. I press and hold the gas control while while pushing the igniter several times for about 30 seconds. Nothing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

May try lighting the stove to help bleed air out of the lines. I usually have to do that if my camper has been sitting a while in order to light the fridge and water heater.
