I added the Timbren springs, similar to the Sumo, not so much for hauling the 5th wheel, but to keep the rear off the overload springs when not towing. The overloads acted like a catapult with no weight on the rear, there was only about a 1 1/2" travel before hitting them, for that they worked great.

If your truck has the factory overload springs, you may want to try this:

I installed the, on my truck...rear used to sag 2 1/2 inches with my Montana hitched. Now it drops about 1/2 inch. Work great, no maintenance or upkeep. Rides great when hitched. They don't engage when there is no load.

I also added the Tibren's a few months back. Work great on my F250 and unlike the airbags require zero maintenance once installed.
