Hi, everyone! We are no strangers to camping here in the Rockies, but with 4 kids close together, I got tired of being in charge of restuffing 6 sleeping bags and the monstrous tent every time!!
So, we recently purchased a 2006 F250 (6L diesel), and bought a 2007 Keystone Cougar 314BHS last week.
We brought it home a week ago. Did the obligatory spend-the-night-in-the-driveway and promptly got up and ordered a memory foam mattress from Amazon. LOL!! 2 days ago, we got 2 feet of snow overnight and then another foot by noon. I am lamenting not having an attached ladder, but have mastered getting up there to get the darn thing cleared off.
We're looking forward to some better weather and spending a lot of time together in this fantastic bunkhouse! Owning an RV is already turning into a learning experience.
