I have to admit, this is the weirdest thread I've ever seen on this forum......so my little contribution.....from memory of course....

Crest has been shown to be an effective decay preventative dentifrice when used in a conscientiously applied program of oral hygiene and regular professional care

The American Counsel of Dental Therapeutics....American Dental Association!

Hey, I had to have something to read while I was brushing my teeth!

maybe the weirdest, but most likely the longest "non RV" thread to date.

and you can put that in your pipe and smoke it

Would Cheech and Chong have a travel trailer or a tiny house?

Probably a tiny house, so Santa Cleese, the man with the boney knees.....could come down the chimney.

John Cleese would be more likely to appear.

Not only can I, I do.

As I get older, I realize:

#1 - I talk to myself, because there are times I need expert advice.

#2 - I consider "On Trend" to be the clothes that still fit.

#3 - I don't need anger management. I need people to stop pissing me off.

#4 - My people skills are just fine. It's my tolerance for idiots that needs work.

#5 - The biggest lie I tell myself is, "I don't need to write that down. I'll remember it."

#6 - I have days when my life is just a tent away from a circus.

#7 - These days, "on time" is when I get there.

#8 - Even duct tape can't fix stupid - but it sure does muffle the sound.

#9 - Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could put ourselves in the dryer for ten minutes, then come out wrinkle-free and three sizes smaller?

#10 - Lately, I've noticed people my age are so much older than me.

#11 - "Getting lucky" means walking into a roomand remembering why I'm there.

#12 - When I was a child, I thought nap time was punishment. Now it feels like a mini vacation.

#13 - Some days I have no idea what I'm doing out of bed.

#14 - I thought growing old would take longer.

#15 - Aging sure has slowed me down, but it hasn't shut me up..

#16 - I still haven't learned to act my age.

Have A Great Day

Why do people use investment counselors? If those folks were really good, they would be rich and RV-ing full time instead of working.

Are you aware if this?
Statistics show that in 1940 each car on the road had an average of 2.2 persons; in 1999 it was 1.4. At this rate, by 2020 every third car on the road will be empty.

also, and since many of us are retired: The trouble with retirement is that you never get a day off.

Would you attend the funeral of someone that didn't attend yours?

If you see a truck pulling a trailer that's labeled helium how is it kept from floating? We encountered one last week and 'assumed'that it was empty.

Dang but you must be as old (or more so) then me!!!

Then there was that semi dog legging it with a broken trailer along almost two full lanes of I-81 and I-84 in PA today that was holding up traffic for miles. He did that!!

Armstrong Tire was purchased by Pirelli Tire in 1989. And yes, I am old most days. Just got back from a trip to northern Newfoundland with DW and the pooch, 6,040 miles. It reminded me that I am 69 years old. (Yes, on the Roadking)
