Battery

Is it okay to tow my TT without the batteries being connected or could I damage my TT electrics

If you tow without your battery connected and turned on you will not have any emergency braking capability if the trailer should break away from the tow vehicle. You MUST have 12 volt power "on the trailer" for the break away switch to power the braking system in an emergency.

You will also not be able to run the refrigerator while traveling, it requires 12 volts to power the control board to run on gas or electric.
Your tv also puts a small amount of charge into the rv battery while connected towing.
Just curious why you would want/need to disconnect for traveling?
