Making a change- new tow truck

Well I making a change, 2013 Ram is almost gone and new chev dually is going to take her place. Papers and pick up tomorrow.
Gone will be SRW short box with a choppy empty ride, chucking under load and of course 6 in row (cummins) to 8 in a V (duramax) with DRW longbox.
I guess I will be parking even further from the shopping. DW seldom drove the Ram, I will likely never see her drive the Chev.
Can't wait to see her under the trailer.

Nice ride . Mine is broke in now 15k and 90 % towing 22 K except the last trip 24k and was 300 lbs from gvwr. I think about a dually but I'm very happy with SRW Denali

Congrats on the new TV, sorry you didn’t replace the 13 Ram with a new 2018 Ram DRW.
DW doesn’t have an issue driving our Ram 3500 DRW.

Black isn't my color but that's a good looking truck! Enjoy it and congrats!

Thanks guys, the local Ram dealer here was $10k off the game for equivalent trucks. Only had one 2018 dually and no 19s for 4 months. Was never really happy with them anyway, so so long. It's a dark brown, but yes looks black in some light.

Nice looking truck. Think you'll like the DRW over a SRW. Takes a little to get used to driving it, but couple thousand miles, it's second nature.

Had to laugh at sales man when we went out for a drive, older ex mechanic, told him i haven't been in a dually for quite a while and I hope I bring both fenders back. He goes, They're making them out of steel now, take a good rub to leave them on the road.
