Battery overcharging

Hi folks,
I new to rving and bought a 2005 343l. I just discovered that when hooked up to 50amp shore power the battery is boiling out. I had the unit hooked up to 115vac, 20 amp service in the driveway for several weeks and didn't have the problem. All the AC and DC outlets/lights are working in the trailer.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Steve
