Question ugly cap

I have '14 cougar with a black cap and decal. Cap is spider webbing ,turning colors. Want take it all off does anyone know if the cap is white fiberglass under the black

My 2014 Cougar XLite (eastern edition) is all white fiberglass. I believe that it was in 2016 models that Keystone started using automotive paint on the Cougar line. Yours is "probably" molded in color with a "cheap gelcoat" which is what you're seeing "spiderweb" on you. I'd suspect that if you have a boat repair facility nearby, they could take a quick look at it and tell you exactly what you're dealing with. Most boat fiberglass repair folks are experts in identifying the cause of surface problems.
