Jack position during storage

The space where our 5th wheel is stored is not level. When trying to extend the rear jacks, we get a “relieving twist” message. Is it OK to store the camper using just the front jacks and tires? Any reason that the rear jacks need to be extended?

If the rear jacks are necessary, how do we resolve the issue and extend the rear jacks? Currently only the left one will extend.
Thanks

You should be able to just extend the front jacks and not worry about leveling the trailer is it's just put away in storage, fridge off etc. Are the slides in and how long will it sit there?

Also might go to the User CP tab in the upper left, click on edit signature then fill out make, model and year of the trailer and tow vehicle. It's much easier to discuss situations when everyone knows what is being talked about. Be sure and save after you fill in the signature.

I failed to mention to be sure and have those wheels chocked. If it's unlevel you don't want the front landing jacks trying to support the trailer AND keep it from rolling.

Why can't you put lumber or boards under the tires and get the camper closer to level (left and right). And then why can't you put blocks under the jacks on the high side so the jacks don't have to extend so far. In other words, level the trailer as close as possible first. Then use blocks and lumber under the jacks so they won't stroke out by over extending.

If the parking spot is really, grossly, uneven, then that might be a different matter.
