New member and new to trailers

Hello everyone, our first trailer is a 1987 Nomad. Pulling with 2018 F150 V8 4x4. So far we have remodeled the inside and resealed all windows and replaced a lot of rotted wood and paneling. Replaced all interior lights with LED's, got the brakes working and repackedthe bearings while I had the wheels off. Haven't tried the water pump, or furnace. Installed propane leak detector, inspected all piping and lit the water heater pilot just for testing. We've used it on a few trips as a glorified tent until we get everything sorted but it's been a good project so far.

From Utah!!
Heck of a project. My FIL had a similar Nomad we had to rebuild due to a really cold winter and improper winterizing.
Good folks here if you need any help sourcing parts etc.

Update

Well I've had some time this summer and all of the propane equipment is working, we washed and painted the outside and installed all led markers. Installed bearing bodies, replaced toilet and noisy water pump. I just have to install the new tail lights and close out the cavities where the stock ones were mounted. Going to fill the holes with 2x4 and diamond plate a strip across the back. Will add another pic when done. Before and after pics attached. It's getting there.
