Grey Ghost

Hello all! We presently own a 2011 Heartland Greystone 29MK but are looking at a Keystone Laredo 325RL and wanted to get as much information as we could before deciding on either the Laredo or a Jayco 321RSTS. The Greystone has been an adventure to say the very least and Heartland has been something else to deal with over the years. We have heard horror stories about most every RV manufacturer out there and I suppose there is some validity to some of the stories, but I figure they all cannot be bad or they wouldn't still be in business.
Anyhow any info would be appreciated.
My wife and I travel with a West Highland Westie named Buddy. Our TV is a 2012 F-250 Super Duty 2 wheel drive. I have a 15K valley slider hitch because the truck is a short bed and some turns trying to park are a bit tight!
We presently live in Arizona, but both come from the mid-west (Nebraska and Missouri).
Happy to be part of this forum and hope to meet some nice folks along the way.

Not familiar with those models, but we love our Keystone, and my brother loves his Forest River, lol. Every brand has its horror stories I guess. The knowledgeable folks here have taught me that your dealer choice can be almost as important as brand choice. Good luck, and welcome!

In general you will find good and bad comments about all RV manufactures. It is very important that you start off on the right foot, ie a dependable dealer and a complete and thorough PDI. Remember these RVs are basically houses in a constant earthquake and tornado.

Be Safe and Happy Camping

How can you tell if there is anything in your water storage? Should you keep it full, empty or have some in it regularly?

You may want to start a new thread with this so it isn't lost with the OPs topic.

Welcome to the forum from SE Texas. I'm sure they all have issues. As stated dealer and PDI are very important.
