Had the large drawer under the refrigerator not stay closed. Added a child lock. Problem solved.

I would recommend a set of self closers on your problem drawer. Easy peasy to install.

Is it possible that the pinch holder thing (don't know proper term) isn't holding it closed securely enough? That can be adjusted, and there are also magnet setups that work as well.

Sage, it could be a poltergeist.
But seriously, what's in the drawer? If the contents are very heavy it could be overcoming the friction of the slide. I'd remove the slides and compare the two slides. If there's a difference, i.e. something broke or bent then repair or replace. Personally I would replace with a self closer. YMMV.

It’s a set of drawer glides that will “pull” itself closed when you close the drawer.
Not knowing doesn’t make you stupid, it just means you didn’t know.

Search for "soft close drawer slides". They range in cost all over the place but I think IKEA has them pretty cheap. Remember, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask.

I put oval door handles between my drawers and simply turn them to hold the drawers closed when traveling.

Southco latches do a good job too. 5 and 10 pound pull.
https://www.southco.com/en-us/c3
We use the 10 pound a lot.

My drawers and cabinets have latches that look like this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002BY9JT6...ing=UTF8&psc=1
I had a drawer that opened occasionally and I adjusted the 'spread' on the prongs and the problem was solved.

IMHO these work better than the link above. Found them at Ace hardware.

Magnet holders
We got some magnets that hold our drawers and cabinet doors closed. They were easy to install and do a great job. We don't have to unstrap anything or disconnect something. (Those things don't last through my patience.) I found them at OrganizedObie.com. https://www.organizedobie.com/Magnets

Gotta agree with chuckster57 on the southco latches. I prefer the 10 lb. ones.
