First time camper owner and loving it!

Camper: Bullet Crossfire 2510BH
Vehicle: 2009 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 w/tow package

Jason here! First time camper owner with a family of four with two boys under 10. We just purchased a Crossfire Bullet 2510BH. I have been a long time tent camper, but needed to make a compromise with my wife to get her camping (i.e. a shower and toilet that she can call her own ) We have loved the first couple of trips and my wife and I can tell it is a decision we will not regret!

Welcome I just recently got a passport 175bh and the wife also wanted something with a shower and bathroom too! It was the only way she would camp.

Welcome! NewB here as well, and same story. We love the outdoors and are lucky enough to enjoy it daily, but the GF won't do tents or pit toilets. I still enjoy solo tent camping, but it's nice to have another 'flavor' now with the tt. Love it!

For us new guys this place is a treasure trove of info, I'm sure you've found it as helpful as I have.

Have fun!

We've been married 22 years and bought a brand new TT 11 years ago when our boys were small. We have often said we've wasted money on A LOT of things over the years but have never once regretted one penny we spent buying that first TT. It was lifetime memories for our family that will forever be cherished. We've since added another child, upgraded trailers, and logged many trips. Hoping and expecting our own children will camp with their families someday as well [emoji4]

+1 We bought a pop-up after the first vacation with the kids in hotels. Being in the hotel room at night watching TV was enough to know had to do something different. By the time the kids were 14, they had been in all 48 states with the pop-up. 5th wheel this time for the DW and I.

Sorry to dig up an older thread but I’m in the market for the same TT and have a similar vehicle. How has the unit been and how well does the Tacoma do pulling it?

You may want to start your own thread in the proper forum and see what kind of responses you get. The OP of this thread made one post on 6/29/17 and has not made another.
