Hyperdeck holding up?

Hi,

Can anyone confirm how their Hyperdeck flooring is holding up to regular wear in the past few years? Is it less “squishy” than the traditional luan-foam sandwhiches? Water excluded, will it likely hold up as long as traditional plywood?

I’m potentially a new 2021 Sunset trail 186BH owner. The only thing presently holding me back is the floor construction, not being able to maintain rigidity for resale or personal ownership over the long-term.
Other companies now in this size are being made with traditional plywood again it would appear. We were originally looking at slightly used hybrids with traditional luan-foam floors and the five models we viewed in person (all over 4 years old) had soft spots which usually developed in the high-traffic areas.

I appreciate your comments and hello from Ontario!

We have around 10k miles and 92 nights on our unit and the floor feels like a floor. Compared to the two previous units that had what you call traditional floors on this unit the floor even sounds sturdier. The style you seem to prefer is not a bad floor but one bout of flooding can render that style of floor useless. Granted, you are probably not planning on a flood but things happen in RV's.
