Hello from Ga.

My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Cougar XLite 27RKS. We have been RVing for almost 2 years in a smaller 23' TT and small truck and decided to move up to something a little bigger since we are spending about 3/4 year in it. We love this floor plan and think we are really going to enjoy it. The unit looks to have been hardly used and is in pristine condition. There are some concerns thou about the self leveling rear jacks being to low to the ground? Has anyone addressed this issue? Also when the leveling system sets up it is setting a little high in the front, anyway of leveling the system and reset?

We have the Lippert 6 point auto level system. There is a procedure for recalibrating level. You manually adjust the level to where you want it, then set that as the auto level set point. If you don’t have the Lippert system, perhaps your manufacturer has a similar procedure.
